What services do you offer?

LRM Direct provide daily, weekly and monthly cleaning to offices and small businesses, communal areas, public buildings, restaurants, shops and many other establishments. We also provide end of tenancy, after builders and carpet cleans.

Do you provide all cleaning products and equipment?

We provide all products and equipment. We use quality detergents so that all worktops, floors and tiles remain in the best condition for as long as possible.

Are your staff fully insured and vetted?

Our operatives are fully insured, DBS checked with years of cleaning experience.

Does anyone visit before the clean?

For the jobs we can’t quote over the phone, we’ll arrange an appointment convenient with you before the clean.  All quotes are free and there is no obligation to book a clean.

Do you guarantee your work?

We want you to be fully satisfied with our work which is why we’ll return within 48 hours at no extra charge if you’re not 100% happy with the clean.

Will I have the same operative if i opt for a regular clean?

You’ll have the same operative but on occasions when the cleaner is unable to attend due to holiday or sickness, you’ll be provided with a covering operative.

How much notice is required to make a booking?

We ask for as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment if requiring a specific date. Where possible we’ll endeavour to assist on the earliest date available for you.

What if i need to amend or cancel my booking?

If you need to amend or cancel your booking then at least 48 hours notice must be given by email or your deposit is non-refundable.

Do you collect and drop of keys for property cleans?

Although we would prefer somebody on site to meet us, on occasions we can arrange for a supervisor to collect the keys from you and drop them off after the clean is finished.

What areas do you cover?

LRM Direct provide cleaning services across South East London, South West London, Croydon and Surrey. We cover the following postcodes – BR3, BR4, CR0, CR2, CR4, CR7, CR8, SE19, SE20, SE21, SE25, SE26, SE27, SM1, SM5, SW2, SW4, SW15, SW16, SW19

Do I need to supply anything on the day?

We ask for hot water and electricity to be present during the duration of the clean.

Do I have to pay for parking or congestion charges?

We’ll advise you before the clean if there is any congestion or parking charges to pay.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges and the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. The final price may vary depending on any additional tasks added but we’ll be clear and transparent with you from start to finish.

Do I have to pay a deposit to make a booking?

For all end of tenancy, one off domestic and carpet cleans a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be given.

How do i pay for my clean?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept bank transfer.
